Lightning Hybrids Mock Ad #3

The biggest snafu in the overall production of the LH4 vehicle is the requirement that in order for a vehicle to go into production for the general public, you must produce a certain number of fully functional cars for the sole purpose of crash testing them in order to prove their safety. This requirement would cost millions of dollars to the vehicle manufacturer before they could even sell their first car. It proved to be just too much burden for the burgeoning car model and the LH4 was stillborn. But, it would have been a cool car!
